What isn't included
None of the three placements include ad design services beyond the copy review step, ongoing campaign management, or placement on any platform other than our own newsletter and podcast. We do not offer social-media posting, search advertising or coverage guarantees as part of any package.
A Neighbourhood Notes Mention does not include a podcast credit, and an episode sponsorship does not include a newsletter mention — each format is sold on its own unless you book the West End Partnership, which bundles both.

What the price includes
Each price above covers the format exactly as described: the number of editions or episodes, the copy review step, and the reporting we send back once the run is finished. There is no separate production fee and no undisclosed add-on charge — what you see on the plate is what you pay.
If your organisation wants something that sits between two formats, tell us during the briefing call. We will only ever quote from the three placements above; we do not build custom one-off packages outside this rate card.
How the work goes
- 1First message. You send details through the contact form or call our office; we confirm which format fits and check the calendar.
- 2Briefing call. For an episode sponsorship or the West End Partnership, we hold a short call to plan the host read or article angle.
- 3Copy review. We draft the mention, read or article and send it back to you before it is published or recorded.
- 4It runs. Your placement appears in the scheduled edition, episode or article window.
- 5Reporting. We send the open count, listen summary or closing report described in your package.

Who this is for
Independent retailers
Shops along Westdale's Main Street or downtown Dundas looking for a local audience without building their own list.
Service businesses
Contractors, clinics and tradespeople whose customers live in Ainslie Wood, Westdale or Dundas.
Community groups and event organisers
Groups running markets, fundraisers or campus-adjacent events who want a single announcement to reach west end readers.

This is not the right fit for national brands with no local footprint, or for anyone expecting a promised sales result — we sell space and reach, not outcomes.
