By using driftlantern.pro or booking an advertising placement with Driftlantern, you agree to these terms.

Description of the offer

Driftlantern publishes a weekly newsletter and podcast covering west Hamilton and Dundas, and sells three fixed advertising placements described on our services page: a newsletter mention, a podcast episode sponsorship, and a combined partnership package.

Eligibility and user obligations

You must provide accurate booking information and hold the rights to any creative material you supply for a placement. Driftlantern may decline a booking that conflicts with our editorial standards.

Bookings, orders and payments

Placements are booked and paid in Canadian dollars at the price shown on our services page. Full campaign booking terms, including creative deadlines and approval, are set out in our advertising terms. Intellectual property

The Driftlantern name, logo and site content belong to SociallyInfused Media LTD.. Advertisers retain ownership of the creative material they supply for their own placement.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to submit unlawful content, misrepresent your business, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.

General information. Content on this site, including editorial and advertising material, is provided by SociallyInfused Media LTD. for general informational purposes.

Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for individual professional advice appropriate to your own circumstances.

Accuracy and availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but services, schedules and prices may change, and final scope is confirmed at booking.

Results. Outcomes from any advertising placement depend on factors outside our control; we do not promise a sales or engagement result.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, SociallyInfused Media LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or a booked placement.

Payment & refund policy

Scope. This policy covers payments made for the three advertising placements listed on our services page.

Eligibility. A placement cancelled before creative production begins is eligible for a full refund; once a newsletter edition has gone to print or an episode has been recorded, the placement is no longer refundable.

How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 289-795-7692 with your booking reference.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases. Placements that have already run, or creative that was approved and published, are not eligible for a refund.

Returns Policy

How to cancel. Send a cancellation request by email or phone within our published working hours, Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:00.

Returns windows. Requests received more than 5 business days before your scheduled edition or episode receive a full refund; later requests follow the refund policy above.

Rescheduling. We will offer to move your placement to another available slot instead of cancelling outright, where possible.

Returnss by us. If we must cancel a booked placement due to capacity or unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or a rebooking at no extra cost.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
